How does The Emporium work?
We run The Emporium via shelf/unit rental, our aim being to keep rents low and support your small business as it grows. The minimum term for rental is 3 months, you can then end your rental by giving 2 weeks notice before the end of your term or auto renew for a further 3 months.
During your stay with us we showcase and man your space without the need for you to ‘work’ within the shop leaving you the time to work on your own projects.
The Emporium is a team effort, without the rent of yourself and fellow crafters the shop would not be open, in opening your showcase space you are supporting not just yourself but the other members and vice versa.
Whilst it is disappointing if your products do not sell as quickly as you would wish, you have still used the services and showcase space of The Emporium and as such your rent is still payable for the whole term booked.
Where is Prudhoe:-
Prudhoe is a town in south Northumberland England about 11 miles west of the city of Newcastle upon Tyne and just south of the River Tyne. Situated on a steep north facing hill in the Tyne Valley of Prudhoe. Prudhoe has a 12th Century Castle, a landmark badger, and a beautiful riverside country park all just a 5-to-10 minutes walk from the shop.
How much does it cost?
PRICES
We have many selling spaces on offer, using mainly cabinets than standard shelves we use a pricing structure of Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large.
All spaces are for a minimum of 3 months.
All spaces exclude Izettle/Paypal Fees for payments made by card in store/website.
All direct orders and sales from Events/After Hours come in at 10%,
Terms and Conditions apply and will be forwarded should you wish to proceed with a request for space.

| Extra Large Space | £100.00 a month | Includes A Large Cabinet, card selling space, wall space and dotage around The Emporium.
These spaces are perfect for those members who already have a small business and wish to showcase without the need of running and paying for their own brick and mortar shop |
| Card Sellers | £1.00 Commission per Card Commission must arrive at the minimum of £7.50 a month therefore if your sales are not enough to cover the rental we would charge for the remainder. | Up to 40 Cards which must be handcrafted/designed/made by yourself. |
